doPublicity provides Remote Support to assist users in setting up doPublicity digital signage software. Remote Support service lets us remotely connect to your PC and troubleshoot any related issue you may have encountered.

Using Remote Support:

• Contact us on (888) 277-2997 x2 to get a Support Key
• Start the Rescue App on the Media Player
• Click on Continue
• Follow instructions to proceed and get Remote Support
